It’s been awhile since I painted sunflowers. I am missing them. So for today, late to the challenge, sunflowers. I have two more canvas panels started. But I am feeling like I want to do some straight watercolor. Tomorrow’s painting will be a surprise for you and I both!
For drawing three, the day was #20, and the comment from that day was #6.
Congratulations Sharon Kullberg!
Let me know which of these you would like!
Thanks everyone, for following along!
One more drawing this month!
Right. Time to announce the giveaway recipients. I had a friend choose 10 Numbers between 1 and 30. And from the comments on those days, I took each name, wrote them on a slip of paper, and put them in a bowl.
From the bowl I choose ten names. I mixed the names up each time I took one out. Several names were drawn multiple times. Thanks you guys for being regular visitors!
In the sense of fairness, I replaced multiples with new names. Better to spread the bookmark wealth around. LOL.
Drum roll please!
Can you believe that someone recorded
this drum roll to fill 10 HOURS of video??
And the Bookmarks go to:
If you can read your name…. just kidding,
Laurelle, Val, Judith, Christine B., Christiane, Carol E., Sea, Dotty, Martine, and Laurie!
Day 2, Color Study. 7 x 7 Acrylics on paper. 2017 Sheila Delgado
The bookmarks will be cut from these four paintings. Leave a comment with your first and second choice, and your mailing address. I will delete the address before posting the comment. I already have some of your addresses from the postcard mailing. If it hasn’t changed, you are good to go!
Thanks again everyone for taking the time to follow along with my daily September posts. Your encouragement, and inspiration is very important to me!
It’s time to make some lemonade. I guess this is not really a lemon. A minor disappointment maybe. But I am not crushed.
POSTCARD GIVEAWAY
The postcard I created for this years Postcards from the Edge benefit did not sell. The gallery sent it back to me. And I am going to set it free. Again.
I have not done a giveaway before. I should probably be scientific about it. But I am thinking. K.I.S.S. So leave me a comment.
Tell me why you like Red.
Will you frame it?
Will you gift it to a friend?
Do you have a spot in your home that you know it will be perfect in?
It doesn’t have to be a long comment. I haven’t really decided, should I choose the best comment, or put names in a hat. You can give me you opinion on that too if you want.
(Probably names in a hat.)
Along with the postcard, I will include the pamphlet from the event and the collectors copy with a statement from me. The back of the postcard is stamped and numbered from the event as well.
