This botched bunny was the first number one.

It’s possible I can save this.  I used granulating medium on the background and planned on adding more layers there. The foreground area was very pretty before it dried. The colors faded more than usual. When these areas bombed I did not go back to finish the rabbit. I can see a second attempt in my head, ideas are percolating.

I was wondering about you – and about Leslie’s challenge. You’re off on a good start. Love the tiny paintings of bouquets!
I’m on a different challenge myself. 21 days of sketching. 🙂

Your sketches are wonderful Corinne. I am well, thank you for thinking of me 🙂 Super busy and I don’t think it will let up because the holidays are right around the corner. Seriously, how can that be? LOL 🙂 Happy sketching to you!!

I like them all! Great line work and those vases have some wonderful shapes. As for the bunny – I like the bunny – he/she is a lovely mono-chromatic study with that touch of ‘pink’ in his ear.

Ok you got me pumped so just signed up again to show some of the things I have done and do a little daily just for this, maybe ATCs again.

And she is off and hopping, I mean, running. Great start to your event. After 100days of Mingus this will be a breeze. What is granulating medium?

Ha ha ha a breeze, you bet Nelvia ;o) I tried to find a definition. It causes a reaction with the paint. I think it separates the pigment from the binder. It’s fun to watch it work though 😉

I was waiting for you to appear. This challenge is not the same if you’re not here. Love the cute little bunny. Maybe he just needs a bit of color in his background. You’re bouquets always are joy-full!
