Chandra Lynn nominated me for the Three Quotes in Three Days challenge. This is day three.

The rules are simple:

  1. Thank the person who nominates you
  2. Post one quote per day for 3 consecutive days
  3. Nominate three new bloggers each day

Thank you Chandra!

I nominate:

Juana Almaguer
Katie Jeanne Wood
Jill Hejl – Live, Draw, Paint

I recently realized that I stopped receiving post notifications from Jill, and Katie. I have no idea for how long. I re-upped and will catch up later this week. Has that happened to anyone else? I could be losing my mind, but I do not think I would unsubscribe.

Blustery day today. Out and about, I took notice of the trees swaying, bouncing and bowing.

One more thing: this may not be related to your notifications, but just in case, I thought I’d mention it; blogger is no longer supporting “open ID” .

    Hi Sheila,

Thanks for the quote nomination. I look forward to blogging some quotes.

And kudos to you for getting close to the end of you 100 day project! I really like the colors in #74 as they remind me of the rolling hills in California with a backdrop of shaded mountains.

Wishing you a creative Mingus week!

I rather like #75. Funny, I just saved a pin about one color watercolor painting. Those hills in #76 are captivating. I just finished updating my pins for “100 days of Mingus” and discovered I had quite a few missing. Now I have all 76. ONLY 24 to go! Does this link work to send you there? https://pin.it/kjoewwgqnufplc

It does work Sea. Wow, can’t believe I have done so many ? Looking at my calendar it is not many at all. Which makes me laugh because it is almost a full 30 and that seems daunting in those challenges. Lol ?
Happy day to you Sea ??

Hi Sheila, I was surprised by the 3rd piece – what a departure from the rest but I like it. All of the paintings have points of interest but my favourite is the second one – good job!. I guess that many blogs servers are having problems with notifications – the one I use is and now it looks like yours is too – computers – can’t live with them and can’t live without them!

Yeah, tried something new there but it did not turn out as visioned. I will try again. I like the 2nd one too ?? Well, not good to hear it is happening to everyone. Not a good thing at all.
      Enjoy your day Val ??

Sheila, #74 is calling out to me with its quiet spaces; I especially like the ‘unfinished’ look of the foreground—it points me in a direction without telling me every detail, like some of the best toys for children that don’t ‘do’ everything but rather spark a child’s imagination.

Re post notifications, I’ve had problems crop up recently. I haven’t received anyone’s comment notifications since late May, nor do I receive notification of my comment replies. And I’m wondering if some of my subscribers might not be receiving post notifications from me. [And, yes, I begin to feel like I’m losing my mind!]

That is a favorite for me too Dotty 😉 Love your description, thank you!
Whew! OK, good to know, but I am sorry to hear you are having problems too. I will ask Randy, my Tech friend and see what he says about it. I just don’t understand. As for notifications. I receive on or two from Facebook… about someone else’s post. But I do not receive them when someone comments on mine. Not always. And I often forget to check. With the #100, there is a lot of forgetting on my part. LOL. 😉
Joyful day to you my friend, happy creating 🙂
