Feeling warm yet? The day I painted this it was grey and chilly. Warmed me right up. I am having too much fun with the Mingus mountains.  I am going to take a drive next month and see what I can see!

Guess I could have added some clouds. But hey, just means I get to paint another one! I darkened the pencil line after the paint dried. I think it is just enough. I have to find that pen! Nope, it wasn’t in my purse.

    I really like how you have kept the composition to a minimum. Is such a great image done this way. The colours are really rich.

      I would like to do some of these in acrylic, with interesting textures. Hmmm, wonder where I got that Idea. LOL 🙂 But I do like the focus on shape and color.
