Not quite as successful as I had hoped. A learning experience though. I suppose I will have to try again. (Said with feigned exasperation.) Real flowers have flaws sometimes don’t they?

If you love looking at beautiful flowers be sure to visit my Pinterest board. Abstracts, landscapes, portraits. It’s all there. So much inspiration!

You’re right. When was the last time you saw a perfect flower? It’s the imperfections that make them perfect! Just like us humans, right? I think this is vibrant and pretty, Sheila!

Thank you Laurie. It is just because I know what it is that I did wrong. Worked to wet, and then worked to dry. But that is something… knowing what is wrong. Means I can fix it, or try to. Lol. Have a super painting day Laurie 🙂

Sheila, photo not loading at your website (on my computer) today but I managed to enlarge the thumbprint at Leslie’s site to about 4×4″ and I like what I see! Love your closeups. Very pleasing composition and colors.

Thank you Dotty. The image is the first thing that loads for me. I will check to make sure I used an image for the web. 🙂
