Good News! Pete is finally home. He will have physical therapy for a couple of weeks, but that is outpatient thank goodness. He is getting stronger each day. He is still having a hard time sleeping, but managed to get five hours last night.

I am late in posting this, but here is my last LYA side swap. These lovely blooms are from Evelyn Short. The image was in a juried show at the Philadelphia Sketch club last year. So delicate and feminine!

I also received this from Mr. Dave.

I am imagining the sound of water softly lapping against the side of the boat.

Ahhhh…

Thank you Evelyn for swapping with me! So glad to meet you through LYA. Thanks Dave for adding to my collection of your images! And thank you all, for your prayers and well wishes for my Dad Pete! So grateful!

Thank you so much Trang 🙂 No, I can not believe how fast this year has gone by! I feel like May was a lost month. Wooosh! There it went! LOL. The colors in #52 seem surreal, don’t you just love when the sky does that? So glad you find them soothing. We can all use a bit of that each day, don’t you agree? Hope all is well in your neck of the woods Trang! Hugs and peace and happy season to you 😉 Hope you are JOYously creating your wonderful art 🙂

Glad to hear that Pete is doing so well. I really like the combo of sienna and rose in your first painting – such a nice mix. Your post cards are super Sheila; the first so vibrant the second so serene. Lucky girl!

Mingus Day #51 pulls me out of the tiny little rat maze of my mind into vastness. Thank you, Sheila!

Y A Y! Pete is home and on the mend!

Thank you, YAY YES 🙂 LOL, we were just watching a little rat like creature, running through the paths it created. To help with quick escapes from predators like iguanas. Very smart and quick those little ones. 🙂
